You may have noticed the three new murals painted on the businesses in downtown Townsend. While Missouri Valley Marketing commissioned the murals, this project was a true Townsend community project!

Muralist Sophie Mathis has completed the Mural on the Mint Building next to the gazebo -- and it is AMAZING!
MVM with a generous grant from the Broadwater Community Foundation commissioned 3 murals from Sophie. The Mint Mural is the second mural to be completed.

Sophie Mathis on Day 3 of the Minut mural project. Come downtown and see Sophie at work. Sophie does accept donations -- if you like the downtown mural project and Sophies great murals please make a donation. All donations go directly to the artist.
